I'm sure this has been asked a billion times, sorry. We are going in March 07, and was planning on leaving on the 5th. But my dd3s birthday is the 17th, so I was thinking about that week, but it's St. Patrick's day too, so I don't know. :confused3 :confused3 I guess i'm looking for what you think is the least crowded week. I do know all of March is pretty busy though.

The last 2 times we went - we went the 1st week in March and it was great. It is just after Presidents Week so we miss that crowd and just before Spring Break gets in full force. This last trip we never waited more than 15 minutes for anything (did take advantage of FastPasses of course) The weather was cool in the AM and PM but during the day it was in the 80's and the kids still could go swimming. I think the later you go in March the busier it will be.

Last Year we went the first week of March, we were there 13 days and by the end the crowds were a little more thicker. We too, are looking to go later next year in March and I am so undecided because, I am not sure how the crowds will be. I want to come home on the 18th. I am hoping with Easter in April, the crowds will hold off a little longer.

Thanks, I think we are going to end up going the first week. My dd2 will be a couple of weeks away from her 3rd birthday , so one more time at Disney with a "free child" woo hoo

We will be going the 2-11 and have gone a few times this first week in March and always love it. Usually not much of a crowd, weather is usually nice enough to swim but no to hot.

Just wanted to subscibe to this thread! I'm curious about March also. Keep the info coming all you fabulous DIS'ers!!

We went March 15-20th, 2006 and loved it. I think the only place that seemed really busy during St. Patricks was Epcot (we didn't go to DDT which has a BIG party). The weather was perfect nice and comfortable in the low 80's in the afteroon, only a need for a light jacket in AM, no rain, and warm enough to swim in the afternoon and some evenings. We did not notice the crowds as this was our first time nothing to compare to plus we also went for AM Rope Drop and left the parks around lunch when we noticed the crowds were much bigger. We also just missed a round of cheerleaders and a few other events (ESPN something??). Remember Easter was later in the 2006 which might have an an impact. I would do Mid or Late March again in a heartbeat for the gourgeous weather :sunny: but just try to avoid the weeks in and around Easter.
