Which week between Thanksgiving and Christmas?

I'm planning a trip before Christmas next year. I'm thinking of a week - either Sat to Sat or Sun to Sun. It would be just my husband and I - kids would both be in high school so missing school would not be an option for them. Besides, we could use some couple time. I would be staying in a studio at VWL and I would need to reserve it soon as my DVC 11 month window will open soon.

So which week you would recommend

Sunday after Thanksgiving for a week - Nov 26 through Dec 3

Sat Dec 2 through Dec 9

Sat Dec 9 through Dec 16

Or something else?

I want to do the Christmas activities and visit Kennedy Space Center.

I would go with the 9-16. The crowds should be non-existant, the decorations and shows will be in full swing. Might be cool, but that's true of any of the dates.
