Which WDW hotels do celebrities stay in?

Know was probably not the right word but I thought people would get what I was saying. The information that has been presented to me about him makes it seem like he would be unlikely to stay at that resort...is that better?

And please do not insault me and say I have been to a few concert. I go to a few a year...have been to a lot more overall.



TV personalities from ESPN probably had something to do with College Football Awards at the Boardwalk Maybe not enough rooms at Boardwalk for everyone/they prefer BC?

This thread has gotten bizarre. When it comes a celebrity all that we, the general public minions, know about them on a personal level is what they or their publicist present us and what the paparazzi catch on camera. To say that so-and-so wouldn't vacation in "x" destination because they would never ever do that is very presumptive, in my opinion. Everyone likes to have a little fun now and again, and there's no better place than a Disney park to feel like a kid again.

My husband and I rode an AKL elevator with Samantha Brown.

We were at AKL when Steven Tyler was staying there a few years ago; we talked to him in the lobby and even got photos.

I was at the Fairmont in San Francisco when Steven Tyler was there. I rode the elevator with him and some other band members. I had no idea who they were.

Thought they were "somebody" as their raggedy jeans were of the designer variety. I was later wandering in China town and ran into him again. My friend and I were again wondering who he was. A homeless man on the street clued us in.

The Manning family (Archie, Eli and Payton) stayed at Boardwalk during ESPN the Weekend about 6 years ago. We "stalked" them.

Sam Champion from Good Morning America at AKL in the lobby. He was there doing something with the release of the Disney movie "Chimpanzee" we spoke to him, he was super friendly. I wish I had asked for a picture with my daughter, and also wished we had had him give Robin Roberts are best wishes...oh well!

I got to meet Sam at GMA last year and he was super friendly and interactive! The little girl behind me was a big fan of his and he ran over to give her a hug and take a picture. You could tell her life was made!

we met Adam Vinateri at the ESPN club one day, we were there (four adults). Had no idea that he was scheduled later that day. Probably 4 or 5 years ago.

We have season tickets to the NE Patriots, so we had him sign our MBNA VISA card with a Patriots logo on it with a sharpie! We still have them.

We just reported them lost, and got new ones! Great souvenier. (how do you spell that word lol?)

I am not a big Beyoncé fan. What if I said I saw her and Jay-Z poolside at the All Star resorts? Would people rebut that because it is not their style? How I feel about the Kenny Chesney thing...

No, I actually don't spend much time thinking about what celebs do on their down time. I'm certainly not anyone's groupie. I have probably walked past many famous people in my life and never noticed them. I care about what people I actually know are doing.

Same with NPH. Following him on Instagram and Twitter he is a diehard WDW fan beyond just hosting the Candlelight Processional and parade this year. Would love to do WDW with him!

Quite a few athletes and celebrities own DVC as well. I know Joey Fatone is one (from NSYNC), and I believe the colts kicker Adam does as well. There was a thread on the DVC board about it.

The Wanted stayed at Animal Kingdom Lodge a few weeks ago in DVC suites while taping the Christmas Parade (They tweeted a bunch of pictures/videos). I think they housed quite a bit of the celebs there...more privacy than GF.

I've heard that Kelly Ripa, and her family stay at GF when they go to WDW. Plus, I heard she doesn't like to be recognized. But can you blame her? She's on vacation with her family and just wants to be normal like everyone else!
