Which water park would be better

We are going to WDW in October and I will be 7.5 months pregnant. I have a 5 year old and a 7 year old and I am trying to figure out which water park would be better for our family. Any thoughts would be great. Thank you!

We are huge Blizzard Beach fans but in fairness to Typhoon Lagoon we have only been to Blizzard Beach!

The 1st time we went my boys were similar in age to your kids and we LOVED it! As a matter of fact our visits to BB are usually our favorite day of each trip.

There are so many fun things for the family like the toboggan races and teamboat springs raft. The wave pool is awesome as is the lazy river. There are wild slides for the brave and a wonderful kids area with some great smaller slides for the less seasoned swimmers.

My vote is BLIZZARD BEACH!

I have been to both waterparks and found that Blizzard Beach seems to be the one we like the best. BB seems to have more activities than Typhoon Lagoon. TL seems to be more laid back. But the one thing that TL has that BB doesn't is Crush n Gusher. It's like a roller coaster water ride. My daughter who is 7 loved it. Have Fun!

We had a nervous 7-year old who really loved the kids area at BB. His older siblings were all over the rest of the park, but he took it easy at first and there were plenty of cast members to help him out. After an hour or so in the kiddie area, his siblings convinced him to try some of the more 'grown up' attractions.

One tip: go early, first thing if possible. The kids will get lots of personal attention, and by noon or so you'll all be ready to head back, with plenty of day left. Have fun!

Sunscreen, sunscreen and more sunscreen! That hot Florida sun gets us everytime at Blizzard Beach because we are having sooooooo much fun that we forget to reapply!
