Which water park for 2 year old?

we will be going to Disney in August and our daughter will just have turned two. My husband really wants us to go to the water parks but I'm hesitant since our daughter is only two. I'm sure it's done all the time, but are there any tips about which water park might be better to go to or advice in general? Thanks in advance

Blizzard beach, hands down. The little kids area is terrific and the wave pool gentler.

But at that age they're more than satisfied with the hotel pool

I was thinking the same that she would enjoy the hotel pool especially since we will be at ssr and I've been reading that ssr has a few pools and kid splash areas. Thanks for the response!

If you must to a waterpark with a 2 yo pick the one the adults want to do because it won't make any difference to the child. Both parks have a "kiddie" area. If it is just the three of you, each adult will be "enjoying" the attractions alone while the other cares for the 2 yo. I agree the hotel pool is the best bet. The youngest we took our two kids to a waterpark was at 3 and 6, we had to split up a lot that day. We did TL and I think the kids had fun but it was more work than the hotel pool for sure.

My kids always got bored at the hotel pool pretty quickly. They are also 6 years apart so different interests. We have had PAP's the last few years so usually do both parks. I would pick the park you want to do the most. They liked them both about equally and LOVED the water parks over the pool.

I personally give a slight edge to Blizzard Beach because there is way less sand there (can't stand the stuff!) and we all love the family raft ride there, even my 2 year old who is very adventurous. But we love the Typhoon Wave pool, and tiny tot raft ride much better there. It truly is a toss up!

I'm a huge fan of BB, but for a two year old it won't matter at all. Like a pp suggested, I'd pick the park that most appeals to the adults.

Blizzard beach without a doubt. The kiddie area is better and more accessible. The entire layout is just more open.

We find it much easier to maneuver the stroller at blizzard beach...just more open.
