Which water park do you prefer?

Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon?
We are on our way to WDW now and decided to add the waterparks to our tickets. We plan to spend a full day at one and just a few hours at the other and we're trying to decide which to devote the most time to.

Blizzard Beach has more and better rides.

BB has more varied kids' areas, a better family raft ride, and a tamer wave pool.

TL has a cool "water coaster," snorkeling with sharks, and the crazy surf-wave pool.

Worth noting: Blizzard Beach's two biggest headliners - Summit Plummet and Slush Gusher - are closed due to pipe problems. They were due to come back up around the 23rd but didn't. The current advisory goes through May 6, but that doesn't mean they'll reopen then either.

(Edited to add: To answer the question in the thread title, I personally prefer Aquatica. But if I had to pick a Disney water park, I'd pick TL, just because I prefer the theming. As a former resident of the northeast, I've seen more than enough snow to last a lifetime!)

We usually go to TL. The kids, currently, like the wave pool and the Crushin' Gusher. Like many aspects of WDW, people vary in their likes and dislikes.
