Passholder rates

My family of five an annual passes expired because we knew we couldn’t go for six months so it did not make sense to renew. Is there anyone that could be so kind to check resort availability for the pass holder rate? Trying to decide for our two trips if it makes sense to use the summer promotion or purchase an annual pass and really comes down to the room availability/pricing. Standard / cheapest room.

2 adults 3 kids (7, 11, 14). Split stay

Check-in June 26th, out June 30.

Check-in June 30, out July 5.

That is sort of the time frame We are looking at, but if the dates had to be switched to stay at one property a night longer, it really doesn’t matter. Hoping to find at least one stretch at beach or yacht club, and then the other stretch at Poly (any room type / Dvc) contemporary or Grand.

Been reading the board for years and never really needed help until now, ha ha thank you.

Same size family and we are also going this summer. AP rates have been slim and the rooms seem to go fast. Here's what I found open on your dates

1st week
FW cabins
CR - garden and tower rooms
GF - resort and water view reg rooms only
BWV - studio only

2nd week
CR - garden and tower rooms
GF - resort view reg room only

4th of July really limits your choices. Most places are pretty booked up then. Especially the MK resorts because of the 4th of July special.

There is a lot more availability using the regular summer discount.

I also think there aren’t a lot of discounts either offered or available over 7/3-7/5. Seolphin had pretty good AP discounts t for those dates though when I checked a couple weeks ago
