Which was a worse ride?

Supercheap Lamos. There is just absolutely nothing to suggest this ride.

The saucers were actually a nice ride. Their problem was they were expensive to upkeep and broke down a lot.

Luigi's not quite so much. It was a bit more reliable but was rather boring.

The Flying Saucers and spiritual successor Luigi's Flying Tires were both attempts to do something fun and unique (and "futuristic" in the Flying Saucers).

Superstar Limo was just cringeworthy and had a lot of in-jokes about Hollywood that a lot of average guests just wouldn't care about or understand.

My grandma complained about this ride until the day she died. I was so sad I never got to experience this terrible ride. We made it to California Adventures a few months after it closed.
We went to Disneyland as part of our honeymoon when California Adventure had first opened so we unfortunately had the pleasure of experiencing this ride. Monsters Inc is definitely a much better replacement. The whole park was underwhelming at that time though.

It's actually pretty amazing how they salvaged that lame ride into the pretty good Monster's Inc. ride. A lot of the horrifyingly bad celebrity figures are still there, just covered by the hazmat suits of the Child Detection Agency!

No ride has ever been, nor will ever be as bad as Superstar Limo.

We actually liked the Flying Tires. Never had a problem getting them to move.

SSL was terrible, and I question the mental state of the designer. Monsters Inc is cute, and a vast improvement that should have appeared sooner than it did.

Luigi was almost just as bad. Try riding it was a preschooler and toddler. You're not going to move anywhere. It was a waste of time waiting in line, and a waste of time sitting on a tire going no where.

The thing with Superstar Limo is that it was supposed to be diffrerent than it turned out. It was supposed to have been a high-speed ride where you were running from paparazzi, but that was deemed in poor taste after the death of Princess Diana. The slowed down ride didn't make any sense, so they jsut tossed in the weirdly groteque celebrity figures and it ended up being extremely unappealing. At least they were able to pivot to something that's pretty fun.
