I've never stayed at a value resort...I have no clue which to choose! Art of Animation is ruled out, for price. So it will be 6, 7, and 8 year old boys and a 9 year old girl. We are getting 2 rooms. Any suggestions?

Everyone I know suggested Pop resort if we couldn’t do AofA so Pop it is.

My boys (now 20's!) loved Pop and requested it for our trips. I have not been to any other values (except to walk around and eat at AOA), so I can't really compare. I can say that I went solo for a few nights in Sept. and going back in a few weeks, and I've chosen POP for myself because of my familiarity with it and the buses/food court.

I'm staying at Pop in a few days for the first time and everyone I asked said it's the best of the value resorts. After asking the same question you just did the answers always seemed to put AoA and Pop in tier 1 and the All-Stars in tier 2.

I have only ever stayed at All Star Movies, but I love it due to the theming and the pool. We didn't eat much at the food court (though I did have a couple great make-your-own salads with salmon). I never had an issue with any of the busses. We had a preferred room in Fantasia 2000, which was close to the pool and food court and transportation. I have watched video walk throughs of Sports and Music, but they just don't appeal to me as much (I know other people like these resorts better than Movies, but to each their own).

We have stayed at Pop, ASMu, and ASMo. My husband will never stay there again. We were put in a building with lots of baseball families. The parents let the boys run wild while they were drinking out of their red solo cups. We saw two cars get bumped in the parking lot. The poor CMs couldn't keep up with all the trash that people were putting in the stairwells and outside of their rooms. It is a shame that the resort was ruined for us because of the other people staying there with us.

We enjoyed both our stays at the All-Stars. One reason I really enjoyed our stay at the All-Star Movies was the location of our room. We were in the Mighty Duck section. It was actually shorter for us to walk over to the All-Star Music to catch the bus. We never had to wait on a bus when coming back to the resort from the parks. We just would go on whichever one showed up first.

I actually prefer All Star Sports. Any of the All Stars, really. I wasn't impressed with POP, but that was 6 years ago.

Whichever is less money. They all have different theming but are really the same kind of resorts so any of them will suit your purposes if you purpose is to save money. I've stayed at POP and ASSp, wasn't crazy about either but if I had to choose I'd say ASSp was a little "nicer". They all have fairly big food courts, uncovered bus stops and double beds in the rooms.

I'd choose Pop in order to avoid sharing busses if I were planning on staying at a value. That being said, with the amount of people you have I'd choose Bonnet Creek over any of the values!
