Which Value Resort?

I can't decide... ASMovies, ASMusic, or POP? Which do you like best and why? Travelers are DD22 and me. (We've stayed at POP and ASMu before.)

We prefer Movies the best out of those three simply because the decor is wonderful, especially for young children.

That being said, if the kids were older (or if I were going without them), I'd prefer Music. It's a bit more subdued than Movies and one stop closer on the Bus Stop Loop that sometimes stops at all three of the AllStar hotels.

We've stayed at POP numerous times as well (when pricing is the best option), and it's ok, but the theming doesn't appeal to me very much -therefore it'd be my last choice. Otherwise, the beds and room sizes are the same type of "value resort" standards.

Only value we've stayed at was Pop, on advice from family/friends who had stayed at Pop and the All Stars. Their reasoning was Pop being slightly newer, not sharing buses like All Star resorts sometimes do, lower chance of big loud tour groups (not sure how accurate that still is).

POP because POP of course .
POP is right across the bridge from AOA for a nice stroll. You can "cheat" if an AOA bus comes to pick you up at a park before a POP bus does and just walk across the bridge to POP. The food Court is fairly good. They have the best iconic themes outside of AOA. Oh and no "bus stop loop" for POP.

My wife and I, both in our 60's, love the ASMusic and we have stayed there every year since 2009. I have been there for football, cheerleading, band, and dance and never had any problems with crowds or noise. The pools are great and the staff superb (check out my picture-that's me with the Maestro Mickey staff). Yes, sometimes (rarely), the All Stars share buses-only during the day when there is little foot traffic. But you have to remember-POP has 900+ more rooms than the All Stars which translates into a minimum of 1800 more guests. Try sharing that with the pools and gift shops and concierge and dining and yes-the bus. We stayed there once and could tell the difference. You can also walk back and forth between the All Stars and share pools, dining, etc., another reason to stay at Music-It's in the middle.

Movies...We've stayed there TWICE. And it's great.
You won't be dissapointed with it.

POP is our favorite, Music our least. Since you have not stayed at Movies, why not give it a try!
