For anxious 15 yo...
Stayed at Music in May -- it was OK...
going in a week and can get Music or Pop, which has better food court
pool (actual pool and any planned activities).
Wonder where it's somewhat "quiet".
TIA
Carolyn

Pop has the best food court IMHO. And if you stay in the back in the 90's section it can be really quiet. I don't think you can guarentee quiet in a value resort! Hope this helps! Enjoy your planning :)

PoP hands down, just for the bus service alone...Also lile better food court...And I would try n get the 50's Close to both pools, buses, and main bldg...Good luck n Enjoy!:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

I agree...I would go with Pop! Better food court and pool. Request the 50's or 90's section for more peace and quiet!

Didn't realize how $$ values are next week, luckily I have pin for free dining (which DD enjoyed last year). DH is a "snob" on the mods so he needs a bit of convincing so if the weather gods behave we should be set
TIA

Once POP opened up, we have stayed there and like it much better than the All Star resorts. HAVE FUN!!

If you do get the FD I would suggest to upgrade it to the reg. DP.

Stayed at Pop and Movies....loved both. We are staying at POP again in September, can't wait. Love the pools and atmosphere. Being a child growing up in the 80s I love all the memories they have, big wheel, mr. Potato head, Robix cubes....It is awesome. I also Love that Pop has its own bus system and does not share with other, all the All Stars share buses on most days, though after the fireworks there are usually separate buses for each All Star. I say you can't go wrong with any Disney resort.:hippie:

Just booked ASMovies today for free dining. Pop was filled for 8/25 and so was a standard room at movies. I booked preferred. Does anyone know if Fantasia is part of that, I have issues walking (will need scooter in parks) so I can't walk far but that looks the prettiest to me. TIA! :)

Yes Fantasia is preferred. We ended up in that area last time we went. Have fun!

I would definitely go with Pop. We've stayed at AS Movies and POP and would say Pop is the best value (other than AOA) just because it has a dedicated bus. It took us forever to get back to our resort after leaving the parks because the buses for AS Movies stopped at the other resorts almost every time. We will never stay at an AS resort again.

The food courts and pools are pretty much equal at the value resorts from what I've seen.

Just had to switch from POP to Music, but I am okay with that. I am a bit concerned with the buses, but I really don't remember having a problem when I stayed at Movies in September before. SO fingers crossed. Plus I saved $60 too....All Stars are a bit cheaper....not sure why but I will take it....
