I have been looking at the resale market and was wondering: given everything else is equal, what use year should I be looking for? My family usually travels to DW in May or October, also looking to do a trip in December sometime. If my use year is Feb., and in Feb 2003 I get a brand new 150 points, I have to decide by Aug 2003(?) whether to bank those points (I would hopefully have made a ressie by then and banking wouldn't be an issue), but is that how banking works?
