Which two restaurants?

Hi, just thought I'd ask for some opinions.

We are going to be on the dining plan when we next go to WDW. We'll have 4 TS credits. I had originally planned on the following TS restaurants:

Le Cellier
Flying Fish
Crystal Palace

My question is this: I have a bit of a hard time giving up 2 credits for Flying Fish. Do you think it's worth it? Which two restaurants would you give up FF for? I've never eaten at any TS restaurants before. I also love fine cuisine so any thoughts would be very helpful!

Flying Fish is one of the best restaurants on property, it is one of my favorites and has imaginatively prepared food. Le Celliar is good but it is a steakhouse, after all.

I agree with gatour about le cellier. Perhaps some yummy french food at les chefs de France? It was only one credit last year and was amazing!

Le Cellier is great choice BTW.

As far as switching FF, I would go with Chefs and Boma

We love the Flying fish...

Would pick over the other 2 listed...
Ok they also have a steak on the menu that is Awesome...

Sometimes we do a surf & turf Combo..
Food there is excellent...

just did Le Cellier (Again) In January it is Very Good also..
