Out of your list, I've only eaten at Via Napoli so my opinion is perhaps not as valuable as some others. Via Napoli was a huge letdown for me. The restaurant is so incredibly loud due to it being one giant room with high ceilings...even the kitchen area is open to the restaurant. We were seated in a corner of the restaurant that must literally be the worst table -- it was right next to where the waiters submit food orders, grab water glasses and plates, and it was right next to the bathrooms and kitchen. It was a really bad location. The noise level of the restaurant really bothered me (and I'm generally okay with loud restaurants). The pizza was just okay -- I knew what type of pizza to expect and was excited for it because I like that type of pizza much more than American style pizza, but it just wasn't that great. We had the Prosciutto e Melone which was quite generously topped with prosciutto (much more than I was expecting) but not much melon unfortunately so the taste was unbalanced. We also had the Capricciosa pizza which was more balanced tasting but still not great. I've definitely had much better pizza of a similar style here in Spokane, WA (The Flying Goat, Twigs, and Fire Artisan Pizza). Not identical, but similar (and better tasting). The crust at Via Napoli is good, but nothing to write home about. We split the two large pizzas amongst 4 adults and it was exactly 1/2 a pizza too much so we took it back to our room and ate it for dinner the next day. Value wise, it's a pretty inexpensive meal...but I wouldn't go back. There are so many other wonderful restaurants at Epcot. Not that you're interested necessarily, but San Angel Inn dinner was one of our best meals...completely unexpected but it was fantastic.
Since you've done Tusker House, I'd maybe skip that one if you really want to keep Via Napoli. Ohana will be a fun new experience for your family.
