These are our top two rides for each park. We are not staying on site but will purchase Genie +. Wondering the best strategy for which is best to ‘Rope Drop’ and which is best for Genie +? Thanks!!

DHS:
Slinky Dog Dash
Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway

ANIMAL KINGDOM:
Kilimanjaro Safaris
Na'vi River Journey

MAGIC KINGDOM:
Peter Pan’s Flight
Splash Mountain

EPCOT:
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure
Frozen Ever After

It will be tough to beat the crowds for ETPE since you are offsite so you won't be hitting these as walk ons but it will likely be the lower wait times than if you waited to ride later in the morning. I feel like if you can keep an eye on G+ and see what you can get, you can adjust on the fly if necessary. Also, keep in mind that at MK, resort guests can only RD tomorrowland and fantasyland so when you enter the park, frontierland is just also opening which is good and bad. see my comments below.

DHS:
Slinky Dog Dash- G+ but it will be gone fast. If you don't get it, then head there first and try for G+ for MMRR.
Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway RD- most DHS guests are hitting SDD, TOT or Rise.

ANIMAL KINGDOM:
Kilimanjaro Safaris RD- animals are best to see early.
Na'vi River Journey G+ (not really needed most times, would be better used for EE but may not interest you)

MAGIC KINGDOM:
Peter Pan’s Flight RD, but again, you'll be slightly behind on this given everyone who hit MK for ETPE went to fantasyland so this ride could be 75 min at 9am.
Splash Mountain- G+ (I really only say this because Frontierland is notorious for rides not being up at RD and I feel like splash is one of the culprits. Keep an eye on MDE and if you have it, Touring Plans lines app, as it will tell if you if splash is operating).

EPCOT: total toss up. If you are entering from future world, or whatever that part of epcot is now called, which I presume you are, you can hit FEA first since again, you'll be behind the crowd on ETPE folks that entered via the IG, so they'll all likely head to Remy's.

Remy's Ratatouille Adventure
Frozen Ever After

HS - G+ slinky and rope drop MMRR. If you are not early entry, lines for rides like Rise, ToT, RnR, and Slinky will be close to their max once non-resort guests are let in. If you head straight to MMRR upon entry, you will have some wait, like 20 minutes or so, but it will still be the shortest of the day for you until closing. A good strategy for non-resort guests will be to do MMRR, TSMM, Swirling, and by that time, hope you get called for Slinky, and then make your next selection for ToT, RnR, or MFSR. You'll have to figure out when to fit in Rise.

AK - This is a tough one because it has nothing to do with the rides, but with how much walking you want to do and whether you want to backtrack to Pandora if you get an early return time. At non-resort entry time, Navi will have about a 15-20 minute wait as the early entry folks will be getting off of FoP. If you can get an early Safari return time, you can rope drop Navi, be done with Pandora for the morning, and head to Safari with no wait. You are free to then go to Gorilla falls, Lion King, Rafiki, or other Africa stuff, then to Asia. Because the Safari doesn't open until non-resort guests are let in, and the fact that non-resort guests are generally still in Pandora at regular opening, you are on the same playing field as resort guests as far as waiting in line for the Safari. But if you get an early Navi return time, you have to walk all the way back to Pandora just for that ride, and your touring plan is going to have you go that direction afterwards, and you will have to backtrack back to Africa to finish up anything you didn't finish before. This is a tough one and really depends on where you want to be at which time.

MK - G+ PP. I always recommend non-resort guests rope drop Adventureland and Frontier Land as you have the same access time as resort guests. Start with Jungle Cruise, but if it's too busy or you are late, go straight to Splash, Thunder, Pirates, and see where you can fit in Jungle. PP will be a nightmare at early entry. If you have ever been at the Tangled bathrooms at early entry trying to get to HM at regular opening, you'll know why.

Epcot - G+ Remy. Even at early entry, most guests who travel by Skyliner will be at Remy or walking towards the Land pavillion or somewhere in Future World. Bus guests will be in future world, most likely at Test Track. You will get early entry guests going to Frozen, but most will be going to TT or Remy. Frozen is your best bet to rope drop, however, it will be a hike there and hike back. Your morning time is better used knocking out small attractions in the land, seas, imagination before the 11:00 crowd shows up and pushes those waits past 20-30 minutes each. Sometimes you have to bite the bullet and stand in a line, and if you really want to ride Frozen, to me that seems to be the one to stand in because the alternative is to walk all the way there, then all the way back. This goes for Remy too.
