which tickets should I buy?

We will be in WDW, January, for 6 full days staying at POP. What I would really like is a 6 day parkhopper. Unfortunately it appears those are not made and that my choices are a 5 day parkhopper or a 6 day parkhopper plus. I know we will not use the plus options so. . .

am I just better off buying the 5 day and then 1 extra day admission??

or should I buy the 5 day and try to find some none park things to do that day??

or should I buy the 6 day park hopper plus and just not use the plus part??

why don't you just get the length of stay pass, which is essentially a 6-day park hopper (and a little cheaper)?
