Which terminal?

Can anyone tell me which terminal Midwest Express is in and how to get to National Rental Cars from the luggage pick up?

Midwest Express is in the B Terminal. From luggage pickup, go down one floor, either by elevator or escalator. The car rental counters are on the opposite side of the corridor from the elevators/ escalators. In other words, as the elevator doors open (depending on which elevator you take) you will see the car rental counters.
