Which stop for the monorail?

When leaving MK on the monorail, which stop is the Polynesian? We have a 12:00 lunch reservation at Kona (first time there), and I'm trying to roughly figure how much time to comfortably allow to get from MK to the Poly. I'm thinking that if we leave the park by 11:30, we should have plenty of time. Does that sound right?

TIA!:)

After leaving MK, the next stops are Contemporary, the TTC, the Poly, and then the Grand Floridian.

IF the monorail is up and running, you can plan on leaving MK no later than 11:30 for a 12:00 ADR at the Polynesian. It 'should' take about 18 mins to get to the Polynesian from the MK...not including any wait times, or stoppage along the way.
You can also take the boat....a nice way to go. Can be a bit longer though, depending on wait times.

Thanks for the order of the stops! I was looking for that. Somehow I was thinking that the monorail went to the Grand Floridian first after leaving MK, so I guess I had my directions mixed up.

Thank you! This is good information as well. Maybe we'll tack on 5-10 minutes and leave MK around 11:20 so we don't cut it too close. Never hurts to arrive early. Hmmm, I hadn't thought about taking the boat. That sounds like a nice relaxing way to go if we allow enough time. Maybe leave the park by 11:15 if we decide to take the boat?

Thanks again for the replies!

This is what I would do. I would head out of the park around 11:15-11:20 to be at the monorail or boat by 11:30, giving yourself 30 minutes of actual transportation time to get there :).

OK, great! That's what we'll plan on. Thanks much! :)

if the monrail is closed you can take a bus.

you can also take the ferry to TTC and walk over to the Polyn. or the express monrail (if it is open)

The Express monorail to TTC goes in the opposite direction to the Resort monorail so maybe that's what you remembered :)

I would assume the Express Monorail will be closed because just like the Resort Monorail it also goes past the Grand Floridian and the construction site of the DVC Grand Floridian building.

How long does it take to make a full circle?
Seems like 18 mins to get from mk to poly is a long time but I have never timed it when I have been on
