Which spa to choose?

I would like to have a spa treatment next time I am at WDW, probably a facial and message. Which spa would you recommend? Are there spa treatments offered at WLV?

Saratoga Springs has taken the spa services over from the Disney Institute and it seems it is generally recognised as the most all encompassing, best services and good value spa services available on site. The one in the Grand Floridian tends to specialise in hotel guests, where as one that was the Institute in it's former life was (now SSR is) popular with locals as well as hotel guests.
