Alright Castaway Club members, which song when you hear it played reminds you of the time on your Disney cruise? Also, which song do you most love to hear on Castaway Cay?

The song that reminds me of being on a Disney Cruise is "Hot Dog Dance" which was the first song I heard on my first Disney Cruise. I don't have a have a preferred song to hear on CC.

Any time I hear I'm Yours by Jason Mraz, I feel like I'm sitting by the adult pool. Also, many of those sail away party songs bring me right there. Off the top of my head I can think of, Dynamite, Timber, and Moves Like Jagger. On the rare occasion I hear I Need A Hero, I can just picture Mickey swooping in to save the day at the Pirate Party.

As for CC, Come Monday and A Pirate Looks at 40, that we usually hear at the Heads Up Bar, and I Can See Clearly Now, which we often hear around the island.

Seems like I always hear "Is This Love" by Bob Marley & the Wailers when we first get to Cabanas on embarkation day. So, that song has become the song that kicks off the cruise for me.

Completely crazy but...

When we finally told our daughter we were going on a cruise I had the Little Einstein's theme song stuck in my head. It became:

We are going on a trip on our favorite cruise ship.
Soaring through the sea, Disney Cruise Line!!

We have a little routine and sing it multiple times a day. Can't wait till Saturday. Fantasy here we come!

I don't know why.... But Under The Sea. I think it's because the first time I was on the Dream (not first DCL but just first Dream cruise) I heard under the sea while riding the glass elevator up to deck 11 and it's just stuck.

Best day of my life - American Authors. It was playing over and over at embarkation on our last cruise. Every time I hear it now I think of DCL

Pretty much anything from High School Musical. I knew nothing about that movie until our first DCL cruise (I had no little ones or teens), and that's all that was playing. That's the only movie that was playing. It was an odd introduction to HSM. Now, every time I hear any of those songs I immediately go to that week.

Disney Jr. has been running back to back to back episodes of Little Einsteins every morning and my kids love this song. I'll have to teach it to them as we get closer to our cruise.
