Trying to make up my mind, need 2 signatures for our next trip (one will be on our anniversary), thinking of:

- Hollywood Brown Derby: never been before
- Artist Point: been twice, first time was amazing, loved the buffalo steak, but this wasn't on the menu the 2nd time, so quite disappointed
- Flying Fish: not been before and love sea food, so menu looks appealing
- California Grill: been before about 3 years ago. wasn't terribly impressed (food was overcomplicated, too much going on with it and it was rather noisy), but the view for the fireworks might persuade me to give it another go.
- Citricos: never been, looks really lovely
- Yachtmans Steakhouse: not been before, but I love a good steak (although also planning on going to Le Cellier and Texas de Brazil, so wondering how it compares).

Any help in narrowing down my list?

Flying Fish is very nice - particularly when its not crowded.

Hollywood Brown Derby has always been a favourite in the past but we thought it had gone downhill a little last time. The menu seemed a bit limited and the food was not as good.

Hi - we managed to try a few signature restaurants last time we were there - Yachtsman was amazing! Best steak I have ever had! Loved Cali Grill as well, if you book early ask for a view of MK we had the best table in the place! Artist Pointe was lovely, the wild Salmon was really good, thought it didn't quite have the same atmosphere as some of the others, it was really quiet when we went but it was a bit later (about 9pm).
Didn't try Flying fish (I'm not a seafood lover) but did like Spoodles next door (although I think this may have closed???) Would definately give Citrico's a go though - its in a lovely setting in Grand Floridian!

We tried Cali Grille and Citricos last trip and was not particularly impressed with them.

I am amazed that you do not have Jiko on your list - this is by far the best signature restaurant we have tried.

This August we are going to Jiko, Flying Fish and Yachtmans.

Good luck with your decisions.

From your list, i'd choose Flying Fish for a special meal.

My personal favourite signature restaurant is Narcoosees!

I had a look at the Jiko menu and none of the deserts really appeal to me. Heard many good things about it, maybe next time.

I've done CG and YS out of your list and enjoyed CG very much, watching the fireworks was a great perk too :goodvibes YS was very nice also, didn't like Jiko much but I know others rave about it so I think it's one you have to try for yourself :)
