Which Signature TS restaurant ??

We will have the oppotunity to go to ONE Signature (2-TS credits) restaurant during our stay in September. We're going to dinner on Friday night of our stay at Chef Mickey's, but we're part of a VERY LARGE GROUP RESERVATION, so we decided to pay for that meal out of pocket.

Do any of you have suggestions on where we should use it. We'd hope to have a belated birthday dinner for both of us (birthdays were in April), sometime during our stay.

We're already doing Brown Derby for Fantasmic and we'll be seeing the Wishes fireworks on a Grand Gatherings Fireworks cruise. We also have various other reservations around the "world" so anything that you can suggest would be greatly appreciated.

What kind of food do you like? We're going to the Spirit of Aloha show, California Grill for sushi and steak (on our anniversary) and the Yachtsman for steak and lobster. The CG has a great view of Wishes, my DD loves hula and my DH and I love steak.

Here is a list of all the (current) Signature restaurants, in my personal order of perference:

Jiko -- great food, but we we would like to try somewhere else
California Grill -- great value for TS x 2, great view of Wishes!
Yachtsmann Steakhouse -- great value for TS x 2. Can't wait for the lobster add-on.
Narcoosee's -- great food, great view of Wishes!
Flying Fish -- very good food
Citricos -- have not been to
Spirit of Aloha -- ok food, fun show
Coral Reef -- good food, great view of Fishes!
Hoop-Dee-Doo -- ok food, fun show
Hollywood Brown Derby -- good food, but I like the Cobb Salad which is too cheap for a TS x 2
Artist Point -- ok food, terrible service.
Mickey's Backyard BBQ -- have not been to

This is really an excellent question! We have decided to splurge on one too, and it is between Artist Point, the California Grill and Yachtsman Steakhouse.

We've done Brown Derby and we not impressed, but neither of us is what you would call a real gourmet. Plus I like to chew my salad, not use a straw (okay, I know that was not nice. I know most people love the original cobb, but I was disappointed).

I also look forward to hearing what opinions others have. The Yachtsman Steakhouse is in the lead so far, but we will have the birthday boy with us (although this will be the day after his birthday - he gets to pick for the actual day) and Wishes may be a big draw for him
