Which 'Signature' restaurant would you recommend?

Hi :wave2:

I'm currently making a list of ADRs to make for our trip next May. We want to include a 'Signature' restaurant, but we are unsure which to try!

The only Signature we have tried previously is California Grill, but I understand that it'll be closed during our trip next year.

Therefore, I just wanted to get some thoughts about the other Signatures! Which is your favourite, which would you recommend...

We're a group of four twenty-somethings, and would happily try anything!

Thanks in advance :)

we enjoy Citrico's at GF... Narcossee's isnt bad either but we feel Citrico's is a notch above it. Artist Point is another of our favorites.

If DDp is not part of equation then you might want to check out resturants in the Dolphin/Swan. these are a step up in food and presentation.

If you aren't on the dining plan, I would recommend bluezoo. It's not on the dining plan, it's quite "adult" and has the best bar at Disney. It's mostly fish/seafood but they do have a few meat entrees. They also have an award winning pastry chef and highly trained mixologists who have an entire menu of signature martinis.

If you are limited to the dining plan restaurants, my top 3 would be Flying Fish, Citricos, Jiko. And I have to get an honorable mention to the pork chop at Brown Derby.

I'm a big fan of Flying Fish, and had a great meal there at the end of last month.

Jiko has a very good menu and an interesting selection of South African Wines, if that's something that would appeal to your group.

Flying Fish gets my vote. The service is attentive but not pushy. The food is interesting and delicious. And the setting is very cool. DH and I had a wonderful meal there in August. We would definitely go back.

If on the DP: Citricos, Jiko an Flying Fish, in that order. The best Signature in the parks is Brown Derby.

If not in the DP, then bluezoo and Il Mulino would get my money.

Steak: Shulas
Seafood: Blue Zoo or Flying Fish
Italian: Il Mulino
Overall good food: Citricos

PS: Hoping you're not limited by the DP:)

Thank you for your recommendations so far  very helpful :)

We are restricted by the DP, but you guys have really got me wanting to try Bluezoo as well! Will definitely have to try and squeeze that in somewhere!

Thanks again!

Another vote for Jiko! We ate there at the beginning of the month and it was amazing. It's located in the Animal Kingdom Loge which is gorgeous and fun to explore and see the animals.
