Which saves most money?

It seems I have a lot of options with discounts. I live in Florida so I could get a FL seasonal AP and use an AP code, or use the FL resident code, or get free dining, or buy tickets through AAA (already a member anyway), and the list goes on. Can everyone please help my foggy mind decide how to save us the most money? We have reservations for:

December 14-19, 2008
(2) rooms at All Star Movies with (1) refrigerator
(2) adults, (1) 4 year old, and (1) 2year old
6 day basic MYW ticket with NO park hopper
no insurance
paid $1585.04

Is this good? Thanks!

For those dates you really have zero options. No AAA rates although you good pay regular rate for the room and get your tickets through AAA would save a little money. I doubt theres any FL or AP rates still left but it couldnt hurt to call and ask. Only way to get free dining is to have a Disney Visa but even then the rooms may not be available with that offer.

I'd knock it down to 1 day tickets and upgrade those to FL seasonal passes. Florida Residents should never buy general public tickets. A FL 6 day ticket is $16 cheaper per person than General Public ticket. Seasonal Pass for 2 adults and 1 child is $734.00 plus you can come back during the year except for blackout dates. The General Public 6 day tickets are costing you about $682, FL cost $628 ($54 difference)

3 Seasonal passes for family + 12/14-12/19 @ ASsports (movies booked) = $1039. Would you really eat $540 in food? Plus you have to pay tip at all TS restaurants. Plus you can come back a few times during the year and not pay to get in to the parks. Plus with SPs you can park hop. You have to decide today because any changes that decrease the price will pay modifying fee. Today is your 45 day til your vacation. (does it seem that I say Plus too much) lol

For my family we always buy SPs and use FL rates. FL rates used to be cheaper than AP rates but now they are the same. I love SPs because who wants to go during peak times anyway. The only time we buy a package is in Sept for free dining but we buy 1 day tickets and get them upgraded to a 3 day ticket and within the 6 months will upgrade to a SP. It spreads out the price. Gotta love it.
