Which rides have inversions?

My older son will be turning 9 on this trip, and he's cautiously interested in doing some of the rides that he passed over four years ago. He's insistent that he won't even try anything that goes upside down - but I don't think there are very many rides with inversions. RnRCoaster may even be the only one? He thinks Space Mountain goes upside down, but that's not what I remember. Can any experts weigh in?

The ONLY standard attraction at WDW with an inversion is RnRC at DHS.

You can "program" a ride simulation at "Sum of All Thrills" in Epcot's Innoventions
and at Disney Quest in DTD that go upside down (if you choose,)
but there are no other standard attractions at WDW that feature inversions.

Unless I'm having a senior moment, only RnRC has inversions.

Oh and Cyber space mountain at DQ. (kind of)

But frankly RnRC is so much smoother than any other roller coaster at WDW, well maybe its a tie with EE.

RnRR is the only one I can think of. Space Mountain does NOT.

Mission Space doesn't, but you might feel a little bit like you almost went upside down on the Orange side. The Green side would be fine.

Sum of All Thrills at at Epcot can feel like you go upside down if you create loops in your rollercoaster on the virtual coaster.

The only other ride that potentially has an inversion is Sum of all Thrills at Epcot Innoventions. You design your own ride, and if you are tall enough, you can design the ride to go upside down. Of course, you can design it so it does not go upside down. If your son does this ride (which I totally recommend) just make sure it is not designed to go upside down.

I've not done any other park's Space, but this implies that another version somewhere does--I'd be shocked if so.

Thanks for all the quick replies! It's good to know that I should be able to reassure him in advance that some of these rides will be pretty cool, without him fearing an inversion.

Though I don't condone lying to your kid, I doubt he would even realize that RnRC has inversions.

The backward part of EE gets me way more than RnRC.

That's so true, the first time I rode RnRc I didn't know it had an inversion until I had already ridden it and then my family told me it did. I didn't even notice it. Sounds silly, but I didn't.

This. I doubt he would know until afterwards too, since you cannot see it at all. You could get into trouble if anyone else is talking about it in line, though.

If you ask the cast members to crank up the speed on the Peter Pan ride you might be able to make it over the top.
