which rides are exempt from the express pass?

I know Gringotts is exempt from the express pass. I was wondering which other rides were also exempt?

Hogwarts Express (both ways)
Kang and Kodos (Simpsons area)
Pteranodon Fylers (Jurassic Park area)

Kang and Kodas did have express when it opened , we used it on that ride because it was new and had a wait, maybe they decided the ride didn't need it
