Which rests. require 2 wishes?

We are using the silver package and receive 2 magical wishes a day. Does any one have a current list of which restraunts reguire 2 wishes instead of one? Also do you still get an appetizer. entree and dessert?
The new brochure doesn't go into detail like the last one I had

I don't know the full list of restaurants that requires two wishes. I do know that Yachtsman Steakhouse requires two.

You get an appetizer, entree, dessert, and soda/tea/coffee.

Wishes meals include :

Breakfast
(1) Juice
(1) Breakfast Entree
(1) Coffee,Tea or Hot Chocolate

OR
A Full Breakfast Buffet


Lunch/Dinner
(1) Appetizer
(1)Entree
(1)Dessert
(1)Soda, juice,milk,smoothie.milkshake,regular coffee or tea

OR
A Full lunch/dinnerl Buffet

And the 2 wish restaurants that Tinkerbell listed above, are exactly right!!

We LOVE the silver plan, and would not do Disney any other way.

It is a brochure for the 2004 silver plan. I printed out the page with the listings of all the restaurants. It's been very helpful and includes info about which restaurants require 2 wishes.
