Which restaurants to choose?

Hi, we will be staying at RP for 4 nights next week (last minute trip) and I am wondering which restaurants to choose? I know we like HR but we want to try something new, we also like Mythos.

2 of our favorites are right there in the resort
Tchoup Chop and Islands Diningroom
As for parks
Mythos (which you alreayd mentioned is a must do for us as is Finnegans in US. In CW Margarettaville is a must do, and we really enjoy NBA city.

The restaurants we enjoy are as follows:

CityWalk: Margaritaville, Bubba Gump Shrimp, and Hard Rock Cafe.

Universal Orlando: Lombards Seafood and Grille and Mel's Drive in.

Islands of Adventure: Mythos and for fastfood Captain America's the best burgers in the park.

Royal Pacific: Orchid Lounge, Jake's Bar, and Tchoup Tchoup.

Hard Rock Hotel: Haven't eaten there but i heard that The Palms restaurant is really good and The Kitchen is pretty good, although we've only had breakfast there.

Portofino: I don't remember the name but its a really nice Italian Restaurant in the Resort.

We always eat at the same restaurants every year. Mel's Drive-in, NASCAR
Sports Grille, NBA City, Hard Rock Cafe, and Margaritaville

Mythos for lunch at 11:30am.
Margaritaville for dinner. 8pm is rush hour at all the restaurants. Your magic key will move you up on the list, but expect to wait about 20 minutes. At 8pm it's like a huge party at Margaritaville. Stilt walkers go thru the crowd making balloon hats for kids, the place is packed, and everyone signs along when the volcano goes off and they play Margaritaville.

Go earlier at 05:30-6pm if you want things a little more quiet.
