Hi, we will be in WDW in May and we can't wait.
It will be me, DH, and our 2 boys ages 13 and 11. They are both fans of Disney and especially Mickey. My 13 year old (believe it or not) is more excited about the trip and the characters than the 11 year old. The 11 year old is more laid back and is fine with basically anything. The 13 year old still sleeps with a stuffed Mickey that he has had since he was a baby. LOL.
The last time we were there the kids were 9 and 7 years old. Now that they are older, I was wondering what meals will be better for them. We are going to do Chef Mickeys for dinner on our arrival day. We are not doing a park that day and I thought it would be a good way to start off the vacation. We are staying at the GF (thanks to the buy 4 get 3 deal) and we will be on the basic DDP. I was thinking of also doing WWC for one of the meals and maybe trying to get Crystal Palace for breakfast to get into MK early before the park opens. Since we will be in the GF I was thinking of doing 1900 Park Fare for dinner because it will be convenient and I heard the food was good. I am not too sure of the characters for 1900 because I think it is more for girls. What do you think? Any other ideas?
TIA,
Loralie
