Which restaurants? (but no parks)

Hi All!
We are heading to WDW at the end of January for 5 nights and then taking a 3 night cruise. We have decided to just relax this trip and enjoy some of the other things WDW has to offer besides parks. Which restaurants would you recommend for 2 adults, 2 children (6 and 4) that are not in parks? We have our favorites, but usually I plan around which park we will be in. We will be staying in Animal Kingdom. Thank you!

Our favorites were Jiko, Kouzzina, Narcoossee's, and Boma, in that order.

For CS, Wolfgang Puck Express at DownTown Disney. I've never been to Bongo's (also at DTD) but I've heard great things ... I'm guessing you won't be doing the dining plan. I'd also love to go to Cali Grille, Grand Floridian Café (or the tea there!), Cítricos, Flying Fish. We also really loved breakfast at Cape May for a quirky, laid-back character meal. Wonderful atmosphere at the Beach Club, the food was good, and since it's many small rooms, it didn't feel anywhere near as chaotic as, say, Chef Mickey's.

Since you have kids, I recommend Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary, Ohana or Kona Cafe at the Poly, Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club, RFC or Wolfgang Puck at DTD, and WCC at WL.

If you'd like a good close CS, The Mara at AKL is SO good!
