Which restaurant has better food?

skipper's has had only a 25% success ratio for us out of 4 attempts so I'd choose Y&Y, but I just may be biased

If you are at AK, I would stay at Ak to eat.. Just because you have a 2 year old. Make it as easy as possible for you.

Having done both over the years, if given a choice - most definitely Y&Y. It's one of our favorite in-park dinner options.

We have never eaten at Skipper Canteen before, but my girls always ask to go to Yak and Yeti. The food is good and it is one of the cheaper meals you will have in a table service inside a park. We went over fall break and for a family of four, I spent under $100 including tip. That was for 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals with alcoholic drinks as well. We have always enjoyed the food there.

Yak & Yeti was my favorite meal of our Honeymoon vacation. We ate at 6 different sit down restaurants and the rest qs.

Both are good but I would give the nod to Y&Y based on the variety of the menu. Something for everyone

Yak and Yeti seems the simpler choice if you're already at AK. I prefer Tiffins as far as food quality goes, but for kids the menu might be a little high-brow - Yak and Yeti is more of a chain-restaurant quality level, aka consistent and decent, with a wide menu selection that should work for most kids too.

I really enjoyed Skipper's when it first opened, went 3 or 4 more times after - found quality has always been fine, but the menu hasn't changed much since it opened and is limited, so I haven't really been tempted to go back again the past few years. I hope maybe they broaden or change the menu at some point, to make it fresh and interesting again.
