Which restaurant for the Candlelight Processional package is best

Hi

I am trying to decide which one to book. Can anyone recommend one of the restaurants, there will be 4 adults, 2 children under 10 and a baby.

Also is it better to eat before or after, and if you eat afterwards how do you able to get admitted to the reserved area and is this undercover.

We are going 12/5 - 12/19.

We have dined in Canada, England and Italy.

We do not care for the food at Italy. Canada is great, but it's on the opposite side of the lagoon. England was good too. My nephew ate at Japan, which is closer to the American pavillion, they cook at your table. Guess it just depends upon what type of food you are looking for.

but by the time we ate and then got to the entrance to the show the line was all the way to Morocco. This year we are eating in Italy. Our son and his wife ate there last year and loved it.

When you check into your resort you can get your passes for CP from Guest Services. That is what you need to get into the reserved seating area for the show. We have eaten at Japan, France, and Italy for our package. I enjoyed the food at all three, but the service at France was horrible. If you eat there make sure if you order water, and you don't want bottled water, you say so. All four of us ordered water to drink and they brought a large bottle of water, he poured the water then left quickly. I thought, oh how nice, but when he finally returned (after about 15 minutes) I asked if there would be a charge for the water and he said yes. These bottles of water were $5 each. The table next to us went through 3 bottles. I hope they knew they were paying for them because they are not included on the package!

You will really enjoy the CP. Its one of my favorite things to do at the parks. Be sure to watch the lady who does the sign language. If its the same one who has been there for several years, she is wonderful!
