We don't like having to send on the bed when we come back to the room to relax. Which resort (moderate) would have a couch in the room?
Art of Animation Family Suite has a small couch. But none of the moderate resorts have one.We don't like having to send on the bed when we come back to the room to relax. Which resort (moderate) would have a couch in the room?
I booked a king room for my upcoming stay at Gran Destino Tower at Coronado Springs (a moderate resort) and the pictures I have seen, both on Disney’s website and elsewhere, show a couch in the room. I stayed in the tower last year and the rooms with two queen beds do not have couches.
All the Mods I've stayed in at least have a table and chairs. This is my complaint about most rooms at WDW. I recently stayed at the Hilton for this reason. I’ve not seen any extra seating at the values and moderates so I won’t normally stay there. Deluxe is about twice the price I paid for a reasonably large room that also had a balcony

Yes, many of the old style pullout bed couches were uncomfortable to sit on (even when relatively new) in the dvc studios and villas. Recently I found the new style couch (with pull down bed) much more comfortable for sitting at Poly and SSR.Honestly, I booked a Beach Club studio specifically to have a couch to sit on instead of the bed, and that was the most awful couch ever! It was all out of whack somehow, and gave me hip pain.
I realize that. However I would not consider those to be comfortable seating for very longAll the Mods I've stayed in at least have a table and chairs.
It's not a couch but it is extra seating
Why are they off site??If you have any interest in staying "off-site", the king rooms at Swan and Dolphin also have couches.
