DH doesn't want to deal with busses and would rather do the boats and/or monorail only.

Which resorts and DVC resorts are linked directly to those?

Thanks!

There are no resorts that have strictly monorail and/or boat access...everyone has a bus to somewhere. Your best bet, IMO, would be one of the monorail resorts (Contemporary, Poly, or Grand Floridian), or one of the Epcot resorts (Beach/Yacht Club, Boardwalk, Swan/Dolphin). The monorail resorts will give you either monorail or boat access to the MK, and monorail access to Epcot. You would need to bus to MGM or AK.

From the Epcot resorts, you can either walk or boat to Epcot or MGM, but you would need to take a bus to MK or AK.

Okay...The GF,CR and the Poly are the only resorts directly on the monorail line. You can also take the boat from the GF,CR and Poly to the MK and back. You need to transfer to another monorail to get to Epcot or take a bus from the TTC. To get to MGM and AK you would need to take buses however. So unless you only plan on going to MK and Epcot you'll need to take a bus ~ unless of course you'll have a car (either your own or a rental) in which case you can drive yourself to MGM and AK and/or anyplace else on property you choose.

WL and the VWL(DVC), and FW resort and campground (including the FW cabins) transportation is by boat to MK (and to the CR ) but is buses to everywhere else ~ although you can always take the boat over to the CR and hop the monorail to go to Epcot, but you'd need to change trains and it's not the most time effective.

If you stay at YC, BC,BCV's (DVC),BWI or BWV's (DVC) or Swan or Dolphin ~ you can walk or take the boat to both MGM and Epcot but it's buses to MK,AK and all other's ~ waterparks, etc.

All value resorts, moderates and AKL are strictly buses with the exception of the boat to DTD from POR and FQ . OKW (DVC) is also strictly buses with the exception of either the boat to DTD or a walking path to DTD.

Anyway, HTH's:wave:

There aren't any resorts that only offer boat or monorail transportation. You will have to take a bus or drive your car at any resort that you stay at.

Well ... none of them offer boat or monorail only since not all the parks can be accessed that way.

The Grand Floridian and the Polynesian offer boat and monorail service to the MK and monorail service (via a transfer) to Epcot. The Contemporary offers monorail service to the MK and Epcot (via transfer). You can also walk to the MK from the Contemporary. The Wilderness Lodge offers boat service to the MK. You'll have to take a bus to MGM and the Animal Kingdom from all resorts and to Epcot from the WL.

The Yacht and Beach Club, the Swan, the Dolphin, the Boardwalk, Boardwalk Villas, and Beach Club Villas all offer boat service to MGM and Epcot. You'll need to take a bus to the MK and AK.

Old Key West and Port Orleans offers boat service to Downtown Disney. You'll have to take a bus to all the parks.

If your DH hates the bus so much (and I can totally understand!) perhaps you should plan on renting a car.

as everyone else has said, you can't access all of the parks without taking a bus from any one resort. What you can do though, is split your stay. Stay at a monorail resort and visit MK/Epcot. Then switch to an Epcot resort to visit Epcot/MGM. Still have to take a bus (or drive, or take a cab) to AK.
good luck
