Which resort would you choose

Poly. The rooms are large, the beach is wonderful, parking is convenient.

No matter which one you choose you can't go wrong -- you're at Disney!

the Poly. It's my favorite resort! Love the landscaping, the location, the CMs, the whole feel of the resort. We've stayed at the CR, it was nice, but again the Poly is my fave. Never tried POR, and for some reason I have no desire to. Out of the moderates, we like CSR.

Did you decide yet?

I'm in the minority but I LOVE the CR (preferably the TOWER). It's cheaper and more convenient and it's got the monorail going through it and you can walk to MK, GREAT views, feels like you are right in the heart of Disney, right in the middle of the magic, and it's got great restaurants and water sports.

My only con is the pool but it's still fun to our kids!

IMO, I wouldn't spend the cash to stay at the Poly! We make a good living, but I guess you could call us "cheap!"!! The POR is a beautiful resort with most of the amenities you would get at the Poly. I would guess you would have to spend $100. more a night (at least) for the Poly. Think what you could spend that $100. per day on and not even feel guilty!! Some artwork? You'll still have great memories when you get home with more money in your pocket. When your stay is over...the money is GONE!!
IMO, since you have never stayed at either of them, you won't know the difference too much. You'd really enjoy the POR!

You have two deluxe and one moderate, plus the deluxe are monorail hotels so that is kinda oranges and an apple. I love POR and would always go back. Of the other two, I would choose Poly. I just think it has a great theme to it, with the volcano pool and just a warm tropical atmosphere. CR is just concrete to me. Being that they are both on the monorail, I can't think of anything CR has over Poly...........just my opinion.
