I would stay at POR- that has always been my family's favorite! We love the atmosphere, and the walk to the food court in the mornings brings back such nostalgia to me. There is the boat to DD, which is a great afternoon diversion and makes it stand out in that respect from the other moderates. There are also 2 resorts, so you can take such nice walks and see all of the different areas in the resort and try the other pools or lounges. There is also entertainment in the lounge at POR, a very funny and good piano player (Bob, I believe). He makes it worth staying there! You don't even have to drink to enjoy him, just sit back and relax in one of the couches. We've also stayed at CBR, but a long time ago before the food court was refurbished. We also liked it, we liked Aruba and Jamaica with the walk across the island to the food court (can you tell we don't mind having a small walk to get places. Ambience over absolute convenience. There is a limit, though (Trinidad II, the far areas of CS!!)) We didn't like CS as well, but to be fair the time we stayed there it was over 100 degrees every day, and that may have colored the experience. One thing we really disliked, though, was the food court. They make you wait to be seated (at a food court!), and then you have to pay on the way out and they add a tip automatically to the bill. When we were there they didn't do anything to warrant a tip, and we would rather just relax on our own anyway if we're at a food court. If we wanted more, we'd go to a sit down restraunt. But don't get me wrong, it's still a Disney resort and we had a great time. just wasn't our favorite. You'll enjoy any of the moderates.
