Which resort with 3 adults

Hi everyone!

My dh, dd and I are going to be at Universal in mid-December for 2 nights before heading over to WDW for the rest of our stay. Can someone clue me in to which resort would have the largest room to fit 3 adults? Obviously, we need a room with 2 queen beds, but have heard that some of the hotels actually have more space than others? I've never stayed onsite at Universal before, but will this time to get the FOTL access.
