Which resort rooms can reasonably fit 2 Ecv's?

If this question has already been posted, I apologize in advance. I did make an effort to search.

We are going to WDW in October and bringing my parents. They will be renting 2 ecv's offsite and having them delivered to the resort for entire stay. They both have mobility issues and require walk in shower. Which resorts have rooms that will allow 2 ecv's to be parked inside to charge overnight, while still allowing room to walk around the room?

Thanks in advance.

People have parked 2 -- even 3 -- ECVs in a value resort room. Three is probably pushing it without creating obstacles, but 2 can be done without hindering movement. I suggest booking a room with a king bed (if bookable that way) because there will be more floor space. If needed, furniture such as tables and chairs can be moved or removed to make space. But it is definitely do-able to park 2 ECVs in pretty much all WDW resort rooms.

You may be well-advised to book an accessible with roll-in shower as those do not have a lip to step over.

DH finds those much easier to use even though some do leak out onto the floor rather much.

Yeah, we easily fit two ECVs in a standard room at Pop Century. If you find it too crowded, you can ask Mousekeeping to remove the table and chairs to give you extra space.

Just make sure the scooter batteries can be recharged from where you place the scooters. Sometimes, you can remove the battery from the scooter and charge it off the scooter.

All of the rooms we have rented so far have fit two scooters with no issues. With that said this last trip we returned from last week we decided to charge one scooter outside our room in the hallway. I posted this on another thread, but I think it's important for everyone to know. The one scooter that I decided to charge in the hallway outside my room one night didn't charge fully. Next morning found out the resort shuts off power to the outlets overnight from about 11pm - 6am. I assume they do that just to keep people from charging in the hallways, and storing items out side their rooms due to safety concerns. I thought my scooter was charging overnight until I almost ran out of power the next day. After an investigation I found out what happened, and for the rest of the trip I charged the scooter inside my room. Never had another issue. Another word of caution I almost plugged my scooter into an outlet that was cut off by a light switch inside the room when you shut off the lights. Very important to check that the outlet you plug into still has power after shutting the lights off in the room. Luckily we rented them from Gold Mobility with the big extended range batteries it actually made two full days with very limited charging.
