Which Resort on "Full House"

What they use for the inside doesn't matter... kinda like the "inside" of the staterooms used for a show (can't remember the name of the show now... getting senile LOL) set on a Disney cruise isn't like any stateroom pictures I've seen! LOL

Another show, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, they stayed at a Coronado Springs mock-up.

Speaking of the Rosanne Episode, the only resort on Hotel Plaza Blvd that resembles the Contemporary in ANY way would be the Best Western Suites. Wonder if it was there? I don't think it was the Disney Inn, because it looked nothing like the Contemporary. They could have faked the backdrop of the MK.

Is there/ was there ever a event like "rub the lamp and make the Genie appear"?

My dd asked me and I said I didn't remember. I also told her if they even had the child might get a crown, bur would not get 3 big wishes like Michelle did. Anyone know? I know they have sword in the stone now, do they let girls try too? Mine would be happy just to try, knowing they had only a small chance to win.

I don't recall there ever being a genie event and they do let girls try the sword in the stone thing!

That is true... I know they did that Disney did it for one of their commercials! lol! ;)

As for the "Rub the Lamp" I have never heard of it... but that's not saying it wasn't ever there! :teeth:

I was watching that Full House episode and was wondering if WDW used to have a sky tram, you can see it in one of the scenes, I don't remember it.

Does "Step by Step" stay at OKW? I thought Roseanne stayed at one of the DTD hotels, but the Contemporary makes more sense.

We were over by Downtown Disney yesterday and the resort that Roseanne stayed in was the Lake Buena Vista Best Western Suites. From the outside they resemble the Contemporary.

Yes, they did.
It went from Fantasyland, near Small World across to Tomorrowland.

That was According to Jim -- one of last Fall's episodes.

I was watching the game show network once and saw the show with Burt Convey (sp?), called Win, Lose or Draw. The show where thet draw on a big pad and try to get team members to say a clue. They had this show at WDW on some beach. It looked like at the Poly because the castle was in the background, across water. Anybody else see it? It must have been taped 20 years ago.

Thanks Sue, I was wondering while watching that show if they had to shoot extra scenes and used Disneyland instead.

Loved the "Full House" episode! And last night's "Extreme Makeover Home Edition" -- they sent the family to Disney. I missed the very beginning, so I didn't know until Ty called her and she was talking on the cell phone and I could see Spaceship Earth in the background  I think it was a repeat, but I missed it the first time. Anyone know what resort they sent the family to? Also had Randy Travis on it

We love Full House. It is my DD3 and DS7 favorite show. Too bad there are not more shows like it now. Such a good family show!!

Also, John Stamos (Uncle Jesse) is a big Disney fan. He was just there for New Years with Mary Kate & Ashley. :lovestruc Ah, Handsome and loves Disney, who could ask for more?

I loved Full House, too. It's just so, well, "80's-ish"! *LOL*

I really wish they'd do a reunion. I'd love to see the girls all grown up. And the twins, they'd probably be about high school age.

You mean you haven't seen the Olsen tramps, oops I mean twins, on all the magazines and tabloids over the last few years? They are the richest teens in the US. I think they are 18 or 19 now. I don't really follow their drama.

John Stamos must really love Disney. When we were there the first week of December my 2 1/2 yo started wandering in front of a small group in the Morocco area of Epcot (eating and not paying attention to where he was going). The small group was John Stamos and two VIP tour guides. He looks great. Tried to sneak him into a background of one of my pix but too far away. We did wonder why he was alone though. Oh, and about 5 minutes before that we saw Joey? one of the Backstreet Boys or NSync with his wife and kid (no VIP guides).

I am a huge Full House fan and I know everything about them. The hotel in the episode where DJ could not stop thinking about Steve was the GF. :bounce: :Pinkbounc :wizard: :earboy2: :wave2: :rotfl2: :earsboy: :)

Yes, he really does love Disney. He and ex-DW Rebecca Romin had their first date at DL. Stamos even bought the original DL sign for something like $15K - $20K.

It was that episode on Full House that made me want to stay at the GF someday, little did I know it would come true!!! :) :teeth:
I always seem to miss everything though, is there any way on the internet, or someone here that can tell me when that Full House episode will be on again?? I am dying to see it, and haven't probably since it was first aired!! (have seen all the others since then though!)
Do I randomly have to "catch" it??? Man, that will take forever!!! I would rather do a search, and be prepared....
