We are going to UO for the first time in June we have reservations at RPR ($110 ent rate). But I would like to know which resort is more comfortable? room size, layout, bed (too hard too soft) atmosphere, staff friendliness, ect. Also to anyone that has booked with the entertainment rate, does the staff treat you any different from the "normal" guest? I have in the past booked a room with a discounted rate and felt like I was treated like a third rate criminal. Any input and advice is appreciated. I just want to make sure we have nice stay and nice trip.

Great question with lots of different answers i'm sure. I would say the beds are best at the PBH plush duvets and 320 count linens and down feather pillows. The others may have the same I'm not sure of it. The beds are huge and the sooo comfy the best sleep i've ever had away from home. The rooms are very big and the bathrooms in the deluxe rooms are just to die for. The amenties (soap, lotions ect) are top of the line and i always pocket them so that turn down services leaves me more lotion.LOL Love the lotion. The PBH is 1st class all the way the atomsphere is just breathe taking and just captures you in a place in Italy with the convience of a theme park just happens to be a 5 minute boat ride away, but you would really never know it if you did'nt know it.LOL The ent rate on the deluxe pool view room (yes it's worth it) is 180.00 and if your going with just your wife a nice balcony room request with a king directly overlooking the beach pool about 5 doors down from the elevators and a 30 second walk from your room door to the villa, or beach pool is room 2665. This is our favorite room. And if your traveling during the summer and are lucky enough the parks are doing fireworks be on your balcony you will NOT get a better view anywhere! Just awesome. I watched from the bubble bath! No you will not be treated any differently than any other guest for using your ent book rate. This hotel does not do priceline so don't worry.LOL;) The food is wonderful at this property as well. Great meals for a decent price. Mama Della's is a must do and you will need ressies. The gelato bar has great quick muffins ect... for breakfast and the Tarriotra (sp) has a breakfast buffet. Also sals pizza is really great home style pizza and pasta waiting for you it's casual and quick. Have a great trip no matter which hotel onsite you choose you will have a great trip. Also don't forget to check out the greenhouse spa at PBH (you don't have to stay there to eat, swim or use the spa services) the japense facial is to die for.

I've only stayed at HRH but we're going to RPR in May. The rooms were quite comfortable and the beds were THE BEST! I believe they have the same beds at all Loew's properties. We used the Entertainment rate when we went 2 years ago and were treated just fine. We even got upgraded to a pool view. From what I understand the rooms are slightly smaller at RPR then Hard Rock - and HRH's are smaller then PBH. But that makes sense since they are priced differently.

just got back for RPR and I loved it!!! beautiful resort - we stayed in 1624 (you don't want it - I had a pet) - what a beautiful view of the pool - it was great!!!

Spicey (my cat) loved it! had a wonderful time and he didn't want to leave!!!;)
