Which resort is easiest to get a discount code for ALK or WL?

How hard is it for either to get a discount code for? Which is the easiest?

AKL is the easiest. It's a bigger resort.

I'm sure it really depends on the time of year as well. When I tried to get WL for the trip the first weekend in December, it was booked except for the Presidential suite. A lot of people like to stay there for the holidays. I, like many others, think it is the best resort around Christmas time. A lot more demand then. At other times of the year, it may be just as easy to get as AKL (but keep in mind the discrepancy in number of rooms at the resort).

All hands down, AKL is the easiest one to get into and get into with a discount.

It is hard sometimes to get into WL at full price. Full price standard rooms are hard to come by. People do manage discounts at WL, but almost never for their full stay, usually a few days of their stay at a discount rate and they have to pay rack rate for the other days.

I think if you're looking for a standard room, definitely AKL. Last December, I tried to get a discounted AP standard room at WL but they had no standards for my dates. They had woods and courtyard views but I figured I might as well save my money and go with AKL.
