Which resort has the best breakfast?

I read a really good review of Olivia's at OKW recently. It had some pics of a breakfast platter with two eggs, toast, choice of meat, and some sort of breakfast potato casserole that looked amazing. It had cheese and onion in it if I recall.

Do any other restaurants have a good hashbrown/potato casserole dish on the breakfast menu?

That was my review haha...yes Olivia's was a great breakfast but I would not go out of my way to eat there...to hard to get to unless you have your own car...but that potato casserole was amazing!
