Which resort has best pool for 4 /6 y.o.'s and why?

For the Values, I would say Movies.
For the Moderates, Port Orleans French Quarter.
For the Deluxe, Beach Club & Wilderness Lodge.

Most little kids that age seem to absolutely LOVE the zero entry pools where the pool slopes down into the water, sort of like walking into the ocean. They seem to really love being able walk in and out of the pool and they love sitting in the shallow water and playing.

I know Animal Kingdom Lodge has one. I think they also have them at the Polynesian, Grand Floridian, and Beach Club - but I'm not sure about that.

Don't forget the Yacht Club, which shares Stormalong Bay with the Beach Club.

We have stayed at BWI twice and liked the Luna pool very much for several reasons:

1) it is a contained area, easy for parents to relaxe and keep an eye on their kids at all times

2) theme is very kid friendly, mine loved the bright colors, elephants and the Keister Coaster is awesome!

3) love the pool bar!;) Nothing like having a cold drink and watching your kids swim

Next trip we plan to stay YC, our kids really want to try SAB. We won't be nervous about keeping an eye on them because they are both excellent swimmers now that they are 9 and 12!

Good luck!:sunny:

Yacht & Beach Club has the best pool for any age, IMHO. But it's tons of fun for kids - zero entry section, lazy river section, sinking sands, slides, bubblers, whirlpool, spas - You name it - SAB has it.
