Which relative do you look like?

Do you look like your mom, your dad or one of your relatives? Which one?

I've always been told I look like a short, Hobbit-ed version of my paternal grandfather with boobs and glasses. And sadly to say, it's sort of true. My grandmother has a picture of him on her bookcase and if you put it next to my face and take off my glasses, we could be twins, which is down right scary.

I'm one of 9 children, born to Italian parents who both looked the part. 4 of their 9 children, including me as one of the 4, are blonde, blue eyed, and tall. We look almost Nordic, as did my maternal Great Grandmother, who apparently was something of a novelty growing up in her small Italian village. She stood out in the crowd.

But truthfully I look the most like me!!

Depends, when people see me and my mom next to each other I am told we look identical. But if people see a picture of my dad they say I am the spitting image of him.

actually it's sort of bizzare....when i am with my mom i get told i look like her. when i'm with my dad i get told i look like him. maybe my parents are really related or something.

really though, i think i look like pictures of my paternal grandma when she was younger.

My Dad, although I definitely have some elements of my Mom's side, but I don't really look anything like my Mom. More like her mother's side of the family.

My mom! I've had people I don't know say "aren't you Helen's daughter?"

And my daughter looks just like me. When she was a baby, I had my baby pictures out (Mom had dropped them off), and people asked me why I had her pictures taken in black and white!

my father minus the moustach and glasses... although when i was little ... my mother thought it would be great fun to do just that, drew a moustach and glasses on my face and took pics!

A look a lot like my mom. Most people can pick out my brother and male cousin as relatives with no problem, too.

What's weird is that my mom and my aunt have repeatedly said that I look more like my aunt than my mom. They are identical twins!!!

I have Dad's coloring but my features are more like Mom. My mom and I have the same voice, too. Only family members can tell us apart on the phone.

I look like my father. It goes without saying that he was a very good-looking man.

My brother looks just like my mom. If you put a baby picture of my daughter next to one of my FIL, it's hard to tell them apart.
