which QS locations in the parks allow free refills?

Hoping someone can refresh my memory. Where can guests get free refills in the parks when purchasing a drink? Backlot Express? Anywhere Else? Anything else to know about it?

Satul Canteen. I think Sunshine Seasons did also. The cast member that was cleaning the tables at the Pizza place in HS got us refills. None were technically refills though, they gave new cups.

The only one I know for sure is Satu'Li Canteen, but I am not sure if COVID protocols allow for it currently. They are now allowing self-serve refills at the resorts so maybe.

Sunshine Seasons had a self-serve soda fountian, but I was never sure if the policy was free refils because it is before you pay.

None of the refills were self serve when we went. A castmember was either at the soda machine or a cast member went to get the refill. at Sunshine seasons, I showed receipt but we have only been in September, October, November, December and March since they opened so there is no telling if it is the same.

I know Pecos Bills is no free refills though.

Regal Eagle! And theirs is confirmed open. Not sure that self service drink stations are open yet at all QS that have them.
