We don't have kids (you all probably figured that)

Option 1:
Mon - Arrival , MGM
Tues - IOA
Wed - BB, MK (emh - do rides/attractions)
Thurs - Epcot
Fri - TL, MK (Spectro)
Sat - AK, PI
Sun - DQ, Depature

Option 2:
Mon - Arrival, MGM
Tues- MK
Wed - BB, Park (MGM?)
Thur - IOA
Fri - Epcot
Sat - AK, TL, PI
Sun - DQ, Departure

Questions: Will we be able to finish AK by early afternoon (we'll get there around 8AM for EMH) in order to go to TL? Also, I heard DQ is crowded on weekends? Is it crowded on weekend mornings though?

We'll also put in some resort / pool time as well.

You realize you're thinking WAY too much about this trip, right? :) Every time I see a post from you about "we have our final itinerary," there's always one the next day where you're second-guessing something. Put it all in a folder and forget about it for a while! You'll make yourself crazy!

That said ... I, personally, would avoid DQ on a weekend, but if you're going to go, then Sunday morning is probably the best time of the weekend. If you have a plan for DAK, you should be able to get through it by early afternoon, but you may find yourself walking into a VERY crowded waterpark if the temps are high and the weather is nice. You may also find yourself pretty tired out by the time you make it to PI that evening. The combination of a water park and the Florida sun can really wipe you out, particularly if you've been walking around a theme park all morning. As I did in an earlier post, I'd still advocate combining PI and DQ, and doing TL at another time. PI and DQ are both in the same place, and I think that a morning and early afternoon at DAK, followed by a few hours at DQ and then time at PI would be a much better choice.

With the two schedules you have here, I think the one that puts IOA later in the week would be better. You've mentioned that your husband's entire reason for going is to see IOA. If you don't do IOA until the middle of your trip, he's got that carrot in front of him for a couple more days, and it'll be a nice break after three Disney parks.

:earsboy:

Wow...you really are doing it commando style. There is no way I would ever run my family ragged like that. You will be coming home to take your vacation after that trip!

i thinK Option 1 looks better. DQ itsnt to bad at opening but as the day goes on, especially the weekend it will get crowded.
on Option 2 AK, TL and PI all in one day would wipe you out.
