Which parks on which days for Oct 26-Oct 31 trip (long)

This is our first trip and I need help! I thought I had it all figured out and now I'm second guessing everything. It will just be me and 7 year old DD, we will have park hoppers and won't be going to MNSSHP (there are 3 of them while we're there though).
Original plan:
Thurs, Oct 26 Arrive at MCO 11:05 a.m., probably just go to hotel and swim, etc., Chef Mickey's for supper
Fri, Oct 27 AK, maybe MGM p.m. if time
Sat, Oct 28 MK all day (Spectromagic and Wishes at night)
Sun, Oct 29 Offsite, rent a car and go to beach
Mon, Oct 30 MK a.m./MGM p.m. (Fantasmic?) This day will be open depends on how much more of MK or MGM we want to see, might go to Epcot too, not sure.
Tues, Oct 31 We'll be leaving fairly early, no parks this day
I was wondering if we should try and do more on our arrival day, like one of the parks and I'm just not sure about the parks on the days I've picked, I went by the Unofficial Guides best days pretty much. Can anyone help or give any advice? Thanks

I have a DD8 so I know of what I speak. MK will be your DD's favorite. You might want to think about more MK. That being said I think you split it up very well for the time you have there.

I may get flamed, but we went to AK and a morning there is more than plenty, and really, if you live near a good zoo, you could even skip it. My family are not Zoo people and it really felt to us like an overglorified zoo. We were there 9-2 one time to see it. We won't be going back. Too much to do, and Innovations at Epcot might be something she would like if she is scientifically inclined. World Showcase is one area DH and I really want to spend time in, but the least interesting to the kids, not very many rides and ethnic foods. Double negative whammy, but they try at Epcot, and there are projects for the kids to do in each "country".
