Which Park?

We just decided to book a single day in a park for next Friday and are torn between visiting Epcot or AK. We haven’t been to Epcot since the original lockdown because of construction and the lack of entertainment that we love. We really enjoy both parks for different reasons and would like to stay the whole day. Is there somewhere to find out exactly what will be open at each park on that day? We especially like the flower and garden festival at Epcot, but have never been there for the Festival of the Arts. Any thoughts that might help us choose? We will be staying at the Swan.

Thanks for any suggestions!

We did F&W at Epcot in August and ended up spending every minute at the park. Along with exploring the food booths and riding the attractions, we browsed the shops in WS, completed the Remy scavenger hunt, watched Reflections of China and Awesome Planet. At a slower pace, I think Epcot can definitely be a full day park. Staying at the Swan would make me even more inclined to choose Epcot.

I can't speak on AK since we visited it been since the pandemic. That said, AK has some of my favorite attractions and eats and is, overall, my favorite park. Could easily spend a whole day there admiring the animals, the Tree of Life, and the theming of each land, even with so much closed entertainment.
