Which Park?

I'm going to Disney World in Feb.! :cool1: For most of the trip it will be just my boyfriend and I but for one day his parents will be with us. Neither my bf or his parents have spent much, if any, time at Disney World so I'm trying to decide which park will be best. Originally, my thought was to go to EPCOT but I wonder if it will be too much walking. My BF says they aren't much of "ride" people. I'm now thinking maybe MGM would be a good park to go to. There won't be as much walking around and there are lots of neat shows to see, plus many of the rides are like shows too. For a bit more background info: My BF's parents are older but they are pretty active. They (and my BF) aren't really into Disney (I don't get it :confused3 ). So, which park would you choose?

On a side note; if we go to MGM I think I would get an ADR at Sci-Fi and if we go to EPCOT then I'm not sure where I would get an ADR maybe Nine Dragons or some place else in the world showcase.

What are they interested in - do they like science and technology and/or would a day of learning "stuff" be fun for them? If so, i would vote for Epcot. Also how do they feel about crowds - for DH and me, AK and Epcot seem to have the widest open areas and more places to "escape" if we need to get away from all the people for a bit. MK seems more condensed (and therefore more "crowded") to us. But the worst, to us, is DHS (which was called MGM in the past). For some reason, no matter where we go there, it always seems packed to us with no place to escape. So I would take crowd tolerance levels of your party into account when planning. Finally, you didn't mention it so I am guessing they are not big animal lovers, but if they are then the choice should be AK hands down -two amazing shows Festival of the Lion King and Finding Nemo The Musical plus a great theme and plenty of pathways and places to explore to see a wide variety of wildlife.

i say go to MK and convert all of them to disney lovers lol since MK is the most Disney like park its my fav so i am always a sucker to MK and spending as much time there

as for Epcot it is a great park for older people especially if they like to travel or like try new things. the WS is a great place to see the sights and sounds of places that many people cant afford to g-o to in real life
