Which park with 2 kids

I am going to Disney for the first time in March I am not sure if im going for 4 or 6 days but was wondering what park would you recommend for a 3 and 9 yaear old. I am going to be the only adult do you think that would be a problem?

I would recommend starting with the Magic Kingdom. One of the things that would help you as the only adult would be to have the kids (and you) take a midday nap. That works out especially if you are going to do an EMH night.

How about Hollywood Studio? My younger daughter enjoyed all the shows they have. The wait is usually low and you can sit down for 15 minutes to rest and relax. I really enjoyed the park when my daughters were young.
